In March of 2006 a group of Orthodox Christians began meeting in the Victoria Eye Center for
Divine Liturgy once each month. We first began meeting with Fr. Stelios Sitaras of St. Nicholas
Greek Orthodox Church of Corpus Christi, Texas. After Fr. Stelios was no longer able to lead us
in worship we began seeking the guidance of another Orthodox body. On June 18, 2006, (The Sunday of
All Saints), we began meeting under the auspices of the Orthodox Church in America with Fr. Dimitri
Cozby out of San Antonio, Texas. It is from this first Liturgy on the Sunday of All Saints that
we take the name of our parish. |
